Wilsons' Dad brought python to the U.S.

Acting brothers Owen and Luke Wilson's TV mogul dad is responsible for introducing American television viewers to British comedy troupe Monty Python's Flying Circus.

He managed the public television station in Dallas, Texas, which was the first to air the Python shows.

Luke Wilson has taken part in a new documentary about the comedy troupe's success in America, where Python remains a beloved import.
