Shock rocker Marilyn Manson has sold his Chatsworth, California, mansion for just over $1 million (£500,000) - making a $245,000 (£122,500) loss on his 2004 purchase.
The Antichrist Superstar singer - real name Brian Warner - lived in the Mediterranean-style house with his ex-wife Dita Von Teese and, until recently, his new girlfriend, Evan Rachel Wood.
The five-bedroom house was put on the market for $1.1 million (#550,000) in October (07), and Manson has accepted a slightly lower offer of $1.025 million (£512,500) to complete the sale on the home, which also boasts a pool, a library and a recording studio.
He originally bought the pad three years ago for $1.27 million (#635,000), reports Blabbermouth.net.
