They said, 'It's not at anybody, we don't think.'" Music - 'no Spice Girls Reunion' Oasis And U2 Win Worst Lyric Tag.... Latest: Singer Melanie Chisholm has dismissed reports there will be a Spice Girls reunion concert.

The star, formerly known as Mel C, denies there are on-going talks to reunite for a one-off Las Vegas-style show at Christmas (07).

It was rumoured former bandmate Mel B jetted into London from Los Angeles especially for reunion discussions this week (begs30Apr07), but Chisholm insists she has not been involved in talks.

She says, "I have had mixed feelings about a reunion but I am against it. My fear is that we could never have the same magic as we had all those years ago.

"You see a lot of bands reforming but I think the Spice Girls were unique and I don't want to ruin what we had."
