Mena Suvari wants to design her own wedding dress.The actress - whose fiance music producer Simone Sestito designed her diamond engagement ring - plans to work with a close friend to create her dream gown.Mena, who announced her engagement in July, said: "I want to work with my friend Stacy, who designs Alice + Olivia, to design a dress. "I really want it to be romantic and like a fairytale wedding. It's all very new to me. Even though I have been down that road before, I never have done any of these preparations so there's a lot of stuff to do."'American Beauty' star Mena - who was previously married to Robert Brinkman, a 46-year-old cinematographer - also revealed she is planning to use an upcoming trip to the Rome Film Festival to find a location for the wedding, as the couple hope to marry in Italy.However, Mena and Simone are not believed to be planning the nuptials for any time soon.A source close to the 29-year-old actress recently revealed: "They're taking their time planning the wedding. They are in no rush."
