Meryl Streep's Young Co-stars 'Get Nervous'

Meryl Streep has revealed that her young co-stars 'get nervous' when they work with her.

In an interview with Psycholgies the actress said: "Young actors get nervous about working with me but then I'll forget my lines, which I do all the time, and they'll go 'Oh!'"

With her Best Actress nomination for her role in Doubt the actress became the most nominated actor or actress in the history of the Academy Awards.

"I've been nominated for an Oscar 15 times and won twice, but it still feels like it's happening to someone else. I wish I could feel it more.

"It's lovely when people say nice things about me - but these things enter the room like a big gorilla before I arrive on set, and I have to escort him out and introduce myself."

Streep picked up the Oscar for her role in Kramer Vs Kramer and Sophie's Choice but lost out this year to Kate Winslet.
