Actor Michael Evans Dies....Veteran actor Michael Evans has died from complications related to old age. He was 87.Evans, best know for his role as Colonel Douglas Austin in U.S. TV series The Young And The Restless, passed away on 4 September in Woodland Hills, California.Born in Sittingbourne, England in 1920, he moved to New York in 1950 to star in Broadway play Ring Round The Moon, before later moving to Hollywood.
Twice-married Evans is survived by two sons and two sisters.
