Film stars Michael Sheen and Joanna Lumley attended a rally in London on Monday calling for the release of imprisoned activists in Belarus.
Hundreds of pro-democracy protesters have allegedly been incarcerated under President Alexander Lukashenko’s regime.
The Free Belarus Now group has been set up by human rights campaigners to protest against Lukashenko and free the activists, of whom include presidential candidate Andrei Sannikov.
Sheen and Lumley showed their support for the cause at the rally by reading a freedom manifesto.
Other stars that have showed their support are Kevin Spacey, Alan Rickman and Jude Law.
