Michelle Pfeiffer has a secret weapon to ensure she looks wrinkle free oncamera - a great lighting director.

The 51 year old has wowed film fans by stripping off in her latest movie Cheri, in which she plays an ageing courtesan who lusts after a young playboy.

And the actress insists her fresh-faced onscreen look isn't all down to Mother Nature - she always strikes up a firm friendship with the lighting boss to guarantee she's bathed in a flattering glow.

She tells Britain's Daily Telegraph, "The whole thing to looking great in films is your lighting. If they have the right light on you, it makes no difference what face creams you use because they can make bags under your eyes disappear and all the lines on your cheek go away.
