Mike Myers jumped at the chance to play a British General in Quentin Tarantino's new movie Inglourious Basterds, because the cameo fulfilled a childhood dream.
The actor's British parents both served in the armed forces and he spent his childhood playing soldiers and fantasising about following in theirfootsteps.
