An intruder was arrested at Miley Cyrus' Los Angeles home in the early hours of Saturday morning (08Sep12) after emergency services were called to the property.
Police Officers responded to a 911 call from the star's house in Studio City and they found a man in the bushes outside.
The intruder, named as 40-year-old Jason Luis Rivera, reportedly scaled a fence to get into the grounds and was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
He was taken into custody and bail was set at $1,000.
Cyrus is not believed to have been at Home at the time of the incident.
