Miley Cyrus has had to overcome confidence-crushing outbreaks of acne.
I used to have really bad breakouts. My mom took me in (to see a doctor) and we sorted that out. But it made me really insecure.
The 15-year-old star may be the world's most famous teen, but she insists she still suffers the same problems as adolescents around the world.

I dont like her. I dont like her bubblegum pop music either but it makes all the 12 year olds (And younger) happy so watever.
