Obsessed Cyrus Fan Given Probation

Miley Cyrus will has revealled she will celebrate turning 17 next month (Nov09) with a Dolly Parton-themed birthday bash.

The singer hails from the same Nashville, Tennessee hometown as the buxom country queen - and admits Parton's one of her idols.

So she's preparing to boost her bust and slip on a big blonde wig for a party on 23 November - and she's insisting all her guests dress as Dolly too.

During an appearance on U.S. presenter Ryan Seacrest's radio show on Friday (30Oct09), Cyrus told the host, "I want to rent out a cool place and play all Dolly Parton music and have everyone dress up as their favourite Dolly moment.

"I am really excited about getting all my crew members to dress up as Dolly. That's probably going to be the funniest thing ever."

In other news a man accused of harassing Miley Cyrus has been sentenced to 24 months' probation after pleading guilty to disorderly conduct following his summer(Aug09) arrest near the set of her latest movie.

Mark McLeod, 53, was taken into police custody twice in August (09) after allegedly harassing the Disney star while she was shooting The Last Song in Georgia.

He initially faced the more serious charge of attempted stalking, but that case was dismissed on Wednesday (28Oct09) when a grand jury at Chatham County State Court ruled there was insufficient evidence to indict him.

McLeod returned to court on Friday (30Oct09), when he appeared before a State Court judge in Savannah to answer misdemeanour counts of disorderly conduct and obstruction.

As part of the probation sentence, McLeod has been ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation.

He was released from jail and placed under the supervision of his sister following the court hearing, reports Tmz.

Cyrus, 16, was granted a temporary restraining order against McLeod in August (09).
