Freeman Awarded Honorary Degree Oscar-winner Morgan Freeman received an honorary degree from Mississippi's Delta State University on Saturday (13MAY06). The Million Dollar Baby star collected his Doctor of Arts and Letters diploma in front of a capacity audience at the education establishment's Walter Sillers Coliseum.
