British pop star Nadine Coyle enjoyed a low-key bash for her 25th birthday party - by throwing a family party in her own Los Angeles bar.

The Girls Aloud singer, who hails from Northern Ireland, opened Irish-style pub Nadine's Irish Mist in Newport Beach in 2009 as an investment after relocating to L.A. with her family.

It was great craic (fun), just like a party at home. Everyone was Irish dancing, there was karaoke and certainly a lot of alcohol.

And the star celebrated turning 25 years old last week (beg14Jun10) by laying on a buffet dinner for her friends and relatives in the pub.

The crowd enjoyed Guinness and Tequila shots and karaoke, according to Britain's The Sun.

A party-goer tells the publication, "It was great craic (fun), just like a party at home. Everyone was Irish dancing, there was karaoke and certainly a lot of alcohol."
