Nicole Kidman has quit Woody Allen's next film.
The 'Australia' star has decided against appearing in the London-based latest venture from the 'Vicky Cristina Barcelona' director, less than two months after it was announced she was to star.
It has not been revealed why Nicole has dropped out of the project, or who is to replace her.
The movie - which is set to go into production this summer - already includes Antonio Banderas, Anthony Hopkins, Josh Brolin, Freida Pinto and Nicole's best friend Naomi Watts in the cast.
The film will be the director's third based in London, following 'Match Point' in 2005 and 'Scoop' the following year, both of which starred Scarlett Johansson.
Woody has typically kept all details of the plot under wraps and will not confirm the title until shortly before release.
