Oasis are to play a special one-off concert next month.
The 'Lyla' rockers have announced they will perform at the Eden Project in Cornwall as a warm-up for their October tour.
Tickets for the concert - which will be broadcast globally on MTV - will not go on general sale. Instead, fans must register online at the band's official website, oasisinet.com. Registrations will open from midday on August 29 until midday on September 5. A draw will be made and successful applicants will then be notified the following Monday (08.09.08) and have four days to purchase their tickets.
All 180, 000 tickets for Oasis UK tour sold out within an hour of going on sale last week.
A spokesperson for Oasis said: "The demand for tickets was just immense. All the ticket sites slowed down severely but nothing crashed and the system worked very smoothly. We want to thank the fans for their patience and look forward to seeing you all at the shows."
Oasis last played the UK in February 2006.
'Dig Out Your Soul' is released on October 6, the week after single 'Shock of the Lightning' goes on sale.
