Hilton Slams Public Transport Snobbery.... Socialite Paris Hilton has slammed reports she refuses to use public transport as "the weirdest thing I've ever heard about myself."The hotel heiress was asked at a recent press conference if it was true she bought a new car in every city she visited to avoid using taxis.But the 25-year-old is adamant she'd never be such a diva, and has no qualms about travelling with the public.She says, "People make up such stupid things about me, like the new car everywhere I go."Why would I do that? I'll go on the subway and the bus. I don't care about public transport."Meanwhile Hilton has denied any romance with her sultry co-star in the video for her debut single, insisting he's merely a close friend.Hilton reveals she was inundated with offers from male admirers to play the man she frolics with in the sea on STARS ARE BLIND, and was worried she'd never know who to pick. But her dilemma was solved when an old pal offered his services instead.
Hilton says, "He's my friend, I've known him for years.
"So many people approached me for the job but I didn't really know any of them. Then he rang up and I immediately knew he would be perfect."
