Paris Hilton is being sued for not promoting a film.
The socialite featured in 2006 comedy 'National Lampoon's Pledge This!' and producers Worldwide Entertainment Group Inc, have now filed a lawsuit saying she failed to fill all her contractual obligations.
According to papers filed at the US District Court in Miami, Florida, earlier this week, Paris was paid $1million for "acting services" and was expected to do "reasonable promotion and publicity" for the film, in which she received an executive producer credit. The producers are now seeking $75,000 in damages.
According to reports, Paris - who played a college sorority president in the film - became disillusioned and distanced herself from the movie when extra scenes of nudity were added.
The 27-year-old 'Hottie and The Nottie' star was joined in the movie - which started filming in 2004 - by Carmen Electra and Holly Valance.
