Jill Kohl is suing the American Idol judge over claims she tumbled down Abdul's driveway because the walk "was in a dangerous and defective condition", according to the lawsuit filed Monday (02Mar09) in Los Angeles Superior Court. Kohl is seeking damages in excess of $25,000 (£17,800) from Abdul and the studios behind the TV series, Bravo Television and Nbc Universal, reports Tmz.com.
