Paula Abdul is facing legal action from a woman who alleges a broken pathway at the singer's home caused her to trip and fall during recording of her former reality show Hey Paula.Jill Kohl is suing the American Idol judge over claims she tumbled down Abdul's driveway because the walk "was in a dangerous and defective condition", according to the lawsuit filed Monday (02Mar09) in Los Angeles Superior Court.Kohl is seeking damages in excess of $25,000 (£17,800) from Abdul and the studios behind the TV series, Bravo Television and Nbc Universal, reports Tmz.com.0Comments | Be the first to comment!
