R Kelly, the R&B sensation, is facing foreclosure on his Chicago mansion after defaulting on his mortage.
The Grammy winner has failed to make monthly payments on the suburvan property since June last year, according to a lawsuit filed by JPMorgan Chase Bank bosses last month.
A spokesperson for the singer told the Associated Press his client is not in financial trouble.
