John-Jules Guilty Over Attack On Garbage Men....

Former Red Dwarf star Danny John-Jules has been found guilty of attacking two refuse collectors.The British actor was arrested in February (08) on suspicion of causing actual bodily harm following the incident outside his London home.John-Jules is said to have accosted the men wearing only a bathrobe and slippers, after they failed to empty his trash bin. He then lashed out at the pair, punching and kicking them.

Magistrates at a London court found the 47-year-old guilty at a hearing on Thursday (23Oct08). But they ruled there was no evidence to support claims he had wielded a knife during the attack.John-Jules is due to be sentenced next month (Nov08).
