Rhona Mitra faces legal action

Rhona Mitra faces legal action after a collision she was involved in earlier this year has left a motorcycle rider suffering from severe injuries.
 
 The Practice star has been accused of crashing her SUV into the female motorcyclist in Venice, California beach, back in March.
 
 According to TMZ.com, a lawsuit has been filed by the biker demanding compensation for her injuries and repairs to her motorcycle. The woman, who is unamed, has filed a lawsuit at Los Angeles Superior Court. 
 
 A representative for the British actress told TMZ that police officers believe the actress did not cause the crash and that insurance companies for both sides are currently in negotiations to resolve the dispute.
 
 Former Lara Croft model Rhona, starred in the Timothy Spall comedy Reuniting the Rubins earlier this year.
