Rob Lowe's former nanny has categorically denied every allegation the actor and his wife Sheryl have filed against her - including claims about her improper behaviour.Jessica Gibson filed a lawsuit in California in April (08) alleging Lowe placed his hand inside her "pants in order to touch her crotch" and "grabbed Gibson's buttocks without consent" several times between September 2005 to January 2008.But in a number of declarations filed in Santa Barbara County Superior Court last week (ends27Jun08), Sheryl Lowe and a number of former employees came forward with testimonies of Gibson's "overtly flirtatious" manner.

In Sheryl's declaration, obtained by Tmz, she alleges Gibson "sought attention from my husband".Recalling a time when the Lowes took their nanny with them on a trip to England in 2005: "She (Gibson) had taken a shower and walked out of her bathroom, wrapped in only a towel, dripping wet and walked down two stories (sic) to the living room area where my husband was reading."When I saw her, I told her to go to her room and put on some clothes and never do that again".But Gibson insists this was never the case, saying in her own declaration, which was filed on Wednesday (02Jul08): "I did not flirt or seek romantic or sexual attention from Rob Lowe. In fact, I protested against his attempts to obtain sexual gratification from me".
