De Niro's Wife Throws Baby Shower

Robert De Niro's wife threw a belated baby shower for their new daughter this week (beg13Feb12), two months after her birth via surrogate.

The veteran actor and his partner Grace Hightower became parents again in December (11) as they welcomed a baby girl named Helen Grace.

Hightower celebrated the family's new addition by throwing a party at Le Cirque restaurant in New York City on Tuesday (14Feb12), inviting nearly 40 female friends for a pink-themed bash, according to New York Post gossip column Page Six.

The couple is also parents to a 13-year-old son, Elliot.
