Robert Pattinson Shares Fortune With School Pal

Robert Pattinson is sharing his new-found fortune with a former school pal, commissioning her to create art for him to display in his dream home.

The Brit has yet to find his Hollywood estate, but he knows how to decorate it when he does - with paintings by New Zealand-based artist Nina Schubert.

The pair grew up together in Barnes, England, attended the same school and briefly dated, and Pattinson kept in touch with the 26-year-old artist when she moved away.

The former model tells Life & Style magazine, "Rob is still a really good friend of mine... I gave him my paintings when we lived together in London and now he’s commissioned me to paint one for him."

The actor is still riding on a career high after the success of Twilight, the adaptation of the Stephenie Meyer novel.

He is set to reprise this role later this year when New Moon hits screen at the end of the year. It was announced earlier this week that the filming of the third film Eclipse will go ahead this summer.
