Wright Penn Rules out Reconciliation

Actress Robin Wright Penn has slammed the door shut on a full reconciliation with Sean Penn, suggesting she no longer wants to be married to the Oscar winner.

The pair began divorce proceedings in December 2007 only to officially end the separation four months later, but, in April (09), the actor filedpapers for a "legal separation" in April (09), just days before the couple's 13th wedding anniversary.

He reportedly dismissed the bid in May (09).

The couple then appeared to be back together when the Penns turned up to a party at Hollywood producer Joel Silver's house in Malibu, Californiatogether at the end of May.

She explains, "I hit that crossroad a while ago. For Robin, the 'I knowwhat I don't want' was flashing in neon lights. I have no regrets. I, we, have two amazing children we raised together".

Wright Penn admits the split has given her "clarity of life," adding, "I think I've always been a follow-the-leader with my career, or maybe waiting for things to happen. Now I'm like, 'I'm OK,I know the direction, whoever's on board can go with me".

But there's one part of her life she's currently struggling with - her youngest child is about to leave home.

She says, "At least twice a week, I pull over and sob. My baby is leaving. It's an emotionally full time, but it's not sad. I can't wait for Dylan to go (and) live. That's what makes mecry".
