According to the latest tabloids, Big Brother's Russell Brand is to compete against Jonathan Ross on Friday nights after being given his own Channel 4 programme.
The Big Brother's Big Mouth presenter will challenge Rossie from November 24th.
Guests on Russell's five episode series will apparently include Courtney Love and Morrissey. Created by the flamboyant comedian's organisation Vanity Productions, it will have comic sketches, interviews and live performances from musicians.
A spokesperson for Channel 4 is quoted in the Sun newspaper as saying:“Russell is undoubtedly the man of the moment.”
