Sarah Silverman's first ever U.K. gig was booed by British fans, after cutting her much-hyped show in half, leaving people distinctly unimpressed. The U.S. funnywoman's sarcastic style was expected to win over the British audience at her London stand-up debut at the weekend. But her set soon turned sour, after the warm-up act cancelled its slot and Silverman rushed through a short 40 minute performance. She was booed and heckled for leaving revellers - who had paid $100 (£59) for tickets - unsatisfied. Some taunted her with chants of, "I've seen longer clips on YouTube!" and "Sarah - you're overrated!".
