Combs in arm sling after surgery

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has undergone surgery on his shoulder after an old injury started to cause him pain.

The rapper stepped out to watch Madonna in concert in New York on Tuesday with his arm bandaged and in a sling - sparking frenzy among internet gossips.

But a representative for the Hip-Hop mogul insists the injury isn't that serious.

The spokesperson said: "He had surgery last week to correct a shoulder injury (a torn rotator cuff) that initially occurred a couple years ago, but had been bothering him recently."
