Shaggy says working with Janet Jackson was the "worst experience" of his life. The reggae star, who collaborated with Janet on hit 'Luv Me, Luv Me' in 1998, says the "nightmare" project put him off working with other stars. He said: "I had one major collaboration in my career which was probably the worst experience I've ever had."We ended up getting to number three in the US but she didn't want to be in the video or do any promotion. Janet was just a complete nightmare."I prefer working with artists who are prepared to get down in the dungeons and get the job done."Shaggy says his new single 'What's Love', featuring Akon, came about because the pair have "known each other for years".The 'Boombastic' singer revealed he is a fan of fellow West Indian Rihanna, and believes she is set to dethrone Beyoncé Knowles as the queen of R'n'B.He told BANG Showbiz: "Her first record was a kind of novelty record but her people have done really well getting her away from the whole Beyoncé thing.
"It was a deterrent for fans because she had the same hair, kind of looked the same and had a similar style of music.
"But now she has moved away from that image and she's brilliant. There's so much more to come from her."
