Osbournes Lease Beach House

Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne are giving fans the chance to live in their Malibu, California beach home - so they can beat the recession with a little cash.

The rocker and his manager wife are leasing out one of two beach houses they own for the summer (09) after failing to sell the property.

According to TheRealEstalker.com, the home is on the market for $25,000 (Gbp17,200) a month.

The couple initially put the beach house up for sale in 2006 for $14 million (Gbp9.65 million) and had to quickly drop the price. The home still failed to sell.

The couple sold their Beverly Hills compound, where they shot much of reality TV show The Osbournes, to Christina Aguilera in 2007. Their main base in Los Angeles is a new home in Hidden Hills.
