Shatner In Talks For Abram's Star Trek Sequel

William Shatner is rumoured to return to the world of Star Trek, despite insulting director J.J Abrams for leaving him out of his 2009 blockbuster.

The original Captain Kirk reveals he and Abram’ met for lunch recently and he has since seen the movie he chose not to be a part of.

Shatner turned down a role in the big Blockbuster hit after Abram’s only offer of a cameo role in the movie.

Shatner says, "They did a wonderful movie. J.J., I think of him as a buddy, he's a great director.

He then went on to say: “I'm sure when the right time comes he'll make the right decision (and cast me).

The movie grossed over $250 million dollars and was a hit with the fans and the critics.
