Tambor takes the lead in Broadway musical

Veteran actor Jeffrey Tambor is set to take over from Frasier star Kelsey Grammer when he finishes in the Broadway musical La Cage Aux Folles in February next year.
The show sees Grammer and Douglas Hodge star as a gay couple and won three Tony Awards earlier this year including Best Revival of a Musical.
However the two actors will bring their run to an end on 13 February and Arrested Development star Tambor will take the reigns, opposite Harvey Fierstein in Hodge's place.
Tambor and Fierstein will debut the new line-up at the Longacre Theatre on 15 February.
