Director Dibb Not Doing the Spider Dance

The Duchess director Saul Dibb has brushed off reports he's heading Down Under to take charge of upcoming period drama Spider Dance.

The moviemaker was alleged to have signed on to the new film, about an American woman's Australian adventures, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

But Dibb's agents have dismissed the news, telling MovieHole.net the industry publication "got it wrong" and he is not attached to the project at all.
