Waters has "no wish" to reunite Pink Floyd

Roger Waters has dismissed the speculation surrounding a Pink Floyd reunion, saying he has “no wish” to be in the group again.

The announcement comes not long after a surprise gig where the members of the original band reunited, at London’s 02 arena. Waters was joined by original members David Gilmour and Nick Mason.

However Waters is adamant that there is no plan to reform the original band.

Speaking on BBC Radio 4's Desert Island Discs programme, Waters says, "I'm really glad that I was in that band for the 20 years that I was in it and I really enjoyed it. I think we did some great work together but I have no wish to do it ever again."
