Tequila Threatens to Sue Over Sex Video

American reality TV star Tila Tequila is threatening to take legal actionover leaked sex tape footage she alleges was stolen from her laptop.

The bisexual star of VH1 show A Shot At Love is featured in an explicitvideo with an unidentified man on pornography website 4Tube.com.

Tequila claims the adult film has been obtained illegally - because thefootage was stored on a computer she reported stolen in 2007.

A police report has been filed for Tila's stolen laptop computer which contained that specific clip. I am currently in the process of sending a cease and desist letter and a notice of intent to sue if (the footage) is not removed

She is threatening to sue the website's bosses if they fail to take down the video and her lawyer, Cyrus Nownejad, has already begun proceedings.

Nownejad tells Tmz.com, "A police report has been filed for Tila's stolen laptop computer which contained that specific clip. I am currently in the process of sending a cease and desist letter and a notice of intent to sue if (the footage) is not removed".

It's the latest scandal to involve Tequila - she sparked fears for her health last week (ends20Nov09) after she stripped naked and pulled out a gun in a bizarre show online, just weeks after posting a cryptic suicide note on her blog.

She was also hospitalised in September (09) following an alleged altercation with her ex, American footballer Shawne Merriman, who she accused of choking and attacking her.

No charges were filed against Merriman, but Tequila is now suing him for the reported attack.
