Tim Robbins' Star Placed Next To Sarandon's On Walk Of Fame

Tim Robbins' star was unveiled on the Hollwood Walk of Fame on Friday, next to his long-term partners Susan Sarandon's.The actor, 49, announced he was "really honoured" to receive the 2,371st plaque on the star-studded stretch of Hollywood Boulevard, a street he frequently walked along when he first arrived in Tinseltown as a teen.Speaking at the unveiling ceremony, the Shawshank Redemption star said, "I used to take the bus from here to Burbank to go to work. When the bus was late, I would walk up and down and throw my cigarettes down. "Now I have the honour of having this done to my star."Guests at the ceremony included actor Jack Black, who said he has known the tall, lanky Robbins for 25 years.
