Tom Sizemore Released From Prison....

Disgraced movie star Tom Sizemore has been handed the best Christmas present - his freedom.The Black Hawk Down star has been released from prison eight months early.He was jailed for 16 months last year (Jun06) for violating his probation in relation to a 2004 methamphetamine conviction.

Sizemore was released from a Kern County, California prison on 10 December (07) after being awarded 213 days credit for time already spent behind bars and in court-imposed rehabilitation, reports website tmz.The 45-year-old star had admitted violating his probation when police found two bags of crystal methamphetamine and pipes in his possession during an arrest last month (May07) in Bakersfield, California.
