Model/actress Vanessa Minnillo has played down reports of a reunion with ex-boyfriend Nick Lachey after the former couple was spotted getting intimate at a Los Angeles bar last week (ends31Jul09).

The pair ended its three-year romance in June (09), just weeks after Minnillo hinted at a possible engagement.

New tabloid reports suggest the stars are back together after they were caught kissing and making out during a recent night out.

There was lip-to-lip contact, small kisses.

An eyewitness tells Us Weekly magazine, "There was lip-to-lip contact, small kisses."

However, a representative for Minnillo has brushed off the reports, while insisting the exes are still friends.

The rep tells GossipCop.com, "They ended things amicably. They still speak to each other and hang out (but are) not back together."

Lachey began dating Minnillo after his divorce from pop star Jessica Simpson.
