Wesley Snipes Has Appeal Denied

Wesley Snipes court appeal was denied yesterday by U.S. judges.

The star had failed to file income tax returns in 1999, 2000 and 2001 and was sentenced to a three-year prison sentence, which began in December 2010.

Snipes still pleads innocence saying that he was conned by tax advisors and recently filed an appeal to overturn his conviction.

Officials of the Supreme Court refused the star’s hearing and so the appeal was rejected.

The Blade actor must now continue to carry out the remainder of his sentence, according to CNN.
