Will Ferrell is in talks to make new movie 'Neighbourhood Watch'.
The 'Blades Of Glory' star is in negotiations to team up with director David Dobkin for the first time since the 41-year-old actor had a cameo role in 2005's 'Wedding Crashers'.
If the movie gets the go-ahead it will see Ferrell play a city big shot who packs in his hectic lifestyle and moves to the suburbs.
While he is there, Ferrell's character will join his local Neighbourhood Watch group and undercover a huge conspiracy.
'Night at the Museum' director Shawn Levy was the original choice for the comedy but has reportedly backed down from the project to make way for Dobkin.
The screenplay was written by little-known scriptwriter Jared Stem.
