Yoko Ono axes John song

Yoko Ono is trying to get John Lennon song 'Imagine' removed from a film. The makers of 'Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed' have come up against the lawsuit from the former Beatle's wife - the head of his estate - for not seeking permission to use the song in the film. The makers are arguing their case under a 'fair use' policy which allows small sections of the copyrighted music to be used without permission. Yoko said: "One of the most basic rights I control by reviewing and choosing licenses is the right to say 'no'. The filmmakers simply looted me of the ability to do so."This movie follows former attorney Ben Stein looking to determine if religious based Creationism is a pseudo-science or a legitimate force suppressed by a scientific establishment. Being in favour of God it argues against Lennon's lyric "Nothing to kill or die for, and no religion too".'Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed' was released in America in April.
