The relief is ruddy maaaaaahvellous (sic)
British actor Richard E. Grant was thrown into a panic on Tuesday (02Apr13) when his passport went missing just 24 hours before a planned work trip to the U.S. The Jack and Sarah star was waiting for his passport and U.S. work visa to be delivered ahead of his flight to America on Wednesday (03Apr13), and began to worry when the package failed to show up.
Grant was left distraught when he found out the passport was thought to have been delivered several days earlier.
In a series of posts on his Twitter.com page, he writes, "Tracked package online. Claimed it was delivered Saturday... Have now gone two shades of splenetic and ready to machete anything with tonsils on any so called customer non service helpline. Aaaaaaaargh!... It's just my passport in need of return with an (sic) USA visa for a flight to work tomorrow which has sent my nerves into a spaghetti spindle..".
After spending several hours attempting to track his missing package down, the actor later informed followers the lost passport had been found and safely delivered.
He adds, "Aaaaah nothing like a sphincter winking (sic) morning of panic to get your blood pressure racing to the moon and back... Ladies and gents, boys and girls, not to put too fine a point on it, but a man older than (Biblical character) Methuselah in a Robin Reliant (car) just gave me my psport (passport)!... Praise be and can feel beams of sunshine blushing out from where the sun don't usually shine from. The relief is ruddy maaaaaahvellous (sic)".
