The 'MasterChef' judge has been forced to scrap his plans to tie the knot to the 29-year-old beauty this year due to filming commitments but insists the marriage will go ahead in 2016.

Gregg - who has been married three times before - said: "I'm really busy filming this year and couldn't commit to a date because we want some time off to have a honeymoon. It'll be next year now and both Anne-Marie and me are looking forward to it."

The 50-year-old star - who had children Tom and Libby with second wife Denise - is also said to have pushed his nuptials back to ensure he can splash plenty of cash on the catering for the big day.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "It's no secret Gregg has had problems with his businesses and weddings aren't cheap. He knows he's got to get the food spot-on or everyone will be making comments. He may have been a bit hasty when they were newly engaged and he's now realised next year is much more realistic. It's a blow."

The former greengrocer proposed to Anne-Marie in December, two years after meeting her on Twitter.
