The 'Celebrity Big Brother' housemates feuded while on the reality show and the outspoken star has now claimed the former glamour model is "terrified" of completing day-to-day tasks if she doesn't have her make-up on.
She said: "She's very insecure. She's terrified - unless she's dressed up as Pricey, in Pricey mode, she's not confident. She's a frightened person. She says she won't go to the toilet on her own in a restaurant, she doesn't like to stand at a bar and pay for something and she won't go out to dinner with someone new."
As well as her fear of being alone, the 40-year-old columnist claims the the 36-year-old star - who has children Harvey, Junior and Princess from previous relationships and son Jett and daughter Bunny with current husband Kieran Hayler - confessed she genuinely believes she may swallow her own tongue if she is forced to dine with a stranger.
She continued: "She imagines she's going to lose her tongue - not in the 'cat's got your tongue' sense - she physically imagines swallowing her tongue."
Katie Price - who went on to win the Channel 5 reality show - recently revealed she is planning on renewing her vows with husband Kieran this weekend following his cheating antics last year, but Katie Hopkins has slammed the arrangement and believes they are only getting hitched again to make money.
She told Now magazine: "I can't believe they're getting married for a third time. She'll have had three husbands and seven weddings. Seven! I caught on to the idea that she only has weddings to sell them to magazines. This third one to Kieran is going to be full-on, too. They're walking up the aisle and everything. She told me what song it was going to be - some random s**t like a classic rock track."
