Kings of Leon

Kings of Leon admit they're not usually recognised when using the London Underground.

The boy band - which includes Caleb, Jared, Matthew and Nathan Followill - find it easy to ride the tube in England's capital without having fans notice who they are since everyone has their head down anyway.

In an interview with Absolute Radio, bassist Jared said: "We never get recognised. I think people would be surprised but we're not a very recognisable band."

Lead guitarist Matthew added: "No one makes eye contact or looks at you on the underground right. Everyone's all head down so.It was rush hour and were coming from rehearsal and we just didn't want to wait and sit in traffic so. I don't know where it was from."

The boys are currently preparing to headline at the Isle of Wight Festival on Sunday night (15.06.14) and admit they'll be getting having a couple of drinks before they hit the stage and time-permitting, are hoping to enjoy the Red Hot Chili Peppers on Saturday night (14.06.14) as well.

Drummer Nathan said: "We try to keep the beer closer to show time. We have the wives and the babies out with us on this run so it depends on if we want to stay home with them of if we get to go down early. But I love the Chilli Peppers and my daughter would love Flea."
