Reese Witherspoon has had "a wonderful year."

The 'Wild' star, who is nominated for Best Actress at the Oscars next month, says she's really enjoying life at the moment.

The 38-year-old actress said: "I'm having so much fun. It's really fun.

"It's a wonderful year, to have produced my first two films, 'Gone Girl' and 'Wild,' and have all these great female roles recognised by the Academy. It's just a dream. It's wonderful."

Reese, who has daughter Ava, 15, and son Deacon, 11, with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe, and two-year-old son Tennessee with husband Jim Toth, likes attending red carpet events and isn't stressed about what she is going to wear to the prestigious awards ceremony.

She told E! News: "I'm very lucky, I have wonderful people in my life to help me with those [wardrobe] decisions, so I'm not worried.

"If I ever get tired, please, of this kind of thing, please, you have every right to just smack me because it's wonderful, it's great to be here, celebrating other actors, it's great talking about movies--I love movies, it's my passion in life."

But the blonde beauty, who previously won the Best Actress Oscar in 2005 her portrayal of June Carter in 'Walk the Line,' admits she can't believe she has been nominated again.

She said: "I don't think it's really hit me yet. I've been sort of on the go. I was taking the kids to school and doing all kinds of things."
