7. Lady and the Tramp

The 1955 animated classic is given the live-action treatment, with Disney+'s Lady and the Tramp. When a pampered house dog meets a tough stray, the two embark on an unexpected adventure, all whilst growing closer despite their obvious differences. Tessa Thompson and Justin Theroux lend their voices to the titular protagonists, with Sam Elliott, Ashley Jensen, Benedict Wong and Janelle Monáe also amongst the all-star cast.

6. The Mandalorian

Jon Favreau's highly-anticipated Star Wars series The Mandalorian went down a treat in America following its premiere, and British fans of the saga have been looking forward to being able to check out the show for themselves ever since. Taking place after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order, The Mandalorian follows the travels of a lone gunfighter who traverses the galaxy with one very special 'child' by his side...

5. Be Our Chef

If you're a fan of cooking competitions, and love anything to do with Disney, then Be Our Chef is the perfect combination of both of those things! Watch as family teams compete against one another to create the perfect dishes, judged by Disney's official leading chefs, with the one remaining team crowned champions. They'll also see their signature dish turned into a treat served at Walt Disney World.

4. High School Musical: The Musical: The Series

Hearing that High School Musical would be making a comeback with an all-new cast may have sent a shudder down the spines of long-time fans, but after watching the trailer for this mockumentary, it's clear it's a completely different beast altogether! Packed full of humour and drama, this 10-episode scripted series is without a doubt one of the most intriguing originals that Disney+ has to offer.

3. Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings

What's better than a wedding? A Disney wedding, of course! Watch as some very happy couples tie the knot in this gorgeous reality series, celebrating the biggest day in the lives of its subjects. We watch as the couples go through the planning process, right up to the big day, with real-life couple Stephen 'tWitch' Boss (The Ellen Show) and Allison Holker (Dancing With The Stars) taking us through the series as hosts.

2. Encore!

When we think back to our high school days, many of us would probably feel better leaving them in the past! In this exclusive series however, executive producer Kristen Bell brings together the former cast-mates of a high school musical, giving them the task of recreating their original performance in a reunion like none we've ever seen before. With the help of some of Broadway's most talented stars, will they be able to pull off a show worthy of a standing ovation?

1. Stargirl

This tender coming-of-age story is based on the critically-acclaimed best-selling YA novel of the same name, following the story of an unassuming high schooler who has taught himself to fade into the background. When a free-spirited new girl begins her first term at his school however, he's drawn to her eccentric personality and begins to realise, it's okay to stand out from the crowd. Graham Verchere and Grace VanderWaal star in the leading roles, as Leo Borlock and Stargirl Caraway respectively.
