These days, we find a lot of celebrity news out through Instagram, straight from the stars themselves.

Whether it’s a pregnancy announcement, a new campaign they’re promoting, or simply an insight into their daily life - the famous faces we follow online seem to be just as active on social media as we are.

But it isn’t always easy to keep up with everything online - so every Sunday we bring you our seven best Insta pic picks so you never miss out on the A-list goings on.

Here are this week’s VIIPs (Very Important Instagram Posts!)

Perrie Edwards speaks about her anxiety

Every time a celebrity opens up about their mental health, it contributes to the movement to remove the stigma.

I’d like to open up about something. Venting your feelings is healthy and I want to be honest with you all. Over the past few years I have suffered really badly with anxiety and panic attacks. When I first started to feel the effects of anxiety I thought I was losing my mind and it terrified me. I felt so alone and like I was the first person in the world to ever experience it. - The first panic attack was so intense and overwhelming I felt like I was having a heart attack, I was so scared and confused and had no idea what was happening to me. I’m not sure what triggered that first one but it soon spiralled & I found myself in a really dark place, feeling alone and scared. I had people around me but I couldn’t explain to them what was happening to me or why. It affected me so badly that I didn’t even want to leave the house. I would step foot out the door and feel the overwhelming need to go straight back inside. It completely took over my life. - I’m happy to say that the physical attacks have stopped but unfortunately the anxiety still lives on. The reality is it probably always will. - I’ve had a relationship with my mind for 25 years now, so to feel it working against me sometimes makes me feel like a prisoner in my own head. It feels like the most unnatural thing in the world but the thing that helped me the most was discovering I’m not alone. I’m not the only person going through this. There are people all over the world feeling the exact same way I do! As soon as I realised I wasn’t going insane I felt more eager to beat it. I had therapy and I surround myself with my loved ones. Talking to someone relieves you of SO MUCH STRESS. I worked out coping mechanism’s and learned what the triggers are so that I can fight the attacks before they take hold. I restricted my time on social media which often made me feel trapped and claustrophobic. I took control of my life and accepted what I couldn’t control. - I don’t want to hide it anymore. I suffer from anxiety and I want you to all know if you suffer from anxiety you’re not alone ♥️

The Little Mix star revealed in an Instagram post this week that she has been struggling with anxiety, having experience panic attacks and feelings of loneliness.

Her honesty was met with endless support and compliments from her followers and fellow celebrities, who thanked her for continuing the conversation about mental health.

We hope that Perrie gets the help she needs and learns how best to cope with the disorder for her.

Tulisa’s new look

Tulisa Contostavlos debuted her brand new look at Coachella this week and showed it off to the rest of the world via Instagram.

The ex N-Dubz singer and X-Factor judge posed for photos whilst at the California music festival with a brand new hair do.

If we were brave enough to do it, we’d copy those long pink locks right away.

Beyonce’s Netflix documentary

Bey has a history of keeping any releases low-key and then surprising us with something spectacular.

And the same went for her Netflix documentary this week, Homecoming, when she posted a teaser clip for her latest work.

The film follows the events which led up to her 2018 Coachella performance, discussing her pregnancy with twins and the health implications she struggled with throughout.

Taylor Swift’s TIME cover

TIME have released their 100 most influential people list.

And, of course, Taylor Swift is on there. She posted this cover photo on her Instagram page, along with words written by Shawn Mendes, who has only wonderful things to say about her - describing her as ‘honest’, ‘raw’ and ‘wonderful’.

Other stars that made it on the anual list were Mo Salah, Nancy Pelosi and The Rock.

Kim Kardashian’s new venture

Last week it was revealed that Kim Kardashian is studying to become a lawyer.

Last year I registered with the California State Bar to study law. For the next 4 years, a minimum of 18 hours a week is required, I will take written and multiple choice tests monthly. As my first year is almost coming to an end I am preparing for the baby bar, a mini version of the bar, which is required when studying law this way. I’ve seen some comments from people who are saying it’s my privilege or my money that got me here, but that’s not the case. One person actually said I should “stay in my lane.” I want people to understand that there is nothing that should limit your pursuit of your dreams, and the accomplishment of new goals. You can create your own lanes, just as I am. The state bar doesn’t care who you are. This option is available to anyone who’s state allows it. It’s true I did not finish college. You need 60 college credits (I had 75) to take part in “reading the law”, which is an in office law school being apprenticed by lawyers. For anyone assuming this is the easy way out, it’s not. My weekends are spent away from my kids while I read and study. I work all day, put my kids to bed and spend my nights studying. There are times I feel overwhelmed and when I feel like I can’t do it but I get the pep talks I need from the people around me supporting me. I changed my number last year and disconnected from everyone because I have made this strict commitment to follow a dream of mine - It’s never too late to follow your dreams. I want to thank Van Jones for believing in me and introducing me to Jessica Jackson. Jessica along with Erin Haney have taken on the role of my mentors and I am forever grateful to them both putting in so much time with me, believing in me and supporting me through this journey. This week I have a big torts essay due on negligence. Wish me luck ✨⚖️

The news was met with both support and criticism, but being one of the most thick-skinned reality stars in the game, Kim didn’t take it lying down.

Instead, she posted this picture on Instagram with a very inspiring paragraph about how we can make our own lanes in life, and do not necessarily need to stick to the ones we’re in - something Kim was told by haters.

We love Kim’s diligence and determination to succeed in her passion, and we’re right behind her!

Kylie Jenner’s nails

Getting nail envy from Kylie Jenner seems to be happening on a weekly basis.

Last week we fell in love with the hot pink matte ombre and we didn’t think anything would top that aesthetic for a while…

But yet again we were proved wrong as Kylie’s impeccable taste in acrylics sent us right back to the nail shop, screenshot ready. The simple, transparent nails with a whole lot of length feature neon star designs - perfect for the festival season.

But the Instagram post which is crowned our number one this week has to be…

Ok, can anyone actually believe it’s already been a year since True was born?

It feels like there’s been a whole decade of Kardashian drama crammed into one year, but it’s so great to see how it’s only made Khloe Kardashian a stronger, more motivated woman and mother.

Khloe and True’s bond is amazing to watch, and we’re so grateful she shares photos like these with us all on Instagram.

Happy birthday, baby True! We love watching you grow up!
