As the name suggests an art nouveau feeling of Oriental and English. The illustrations inspired prints at Giles and Prada.
75ml cold early grey tea
Sugar cube size piece of fresh ginger
2/3 bar spoons of runny honey
15ml lemon juice
-Muddle the ginger with the honey then add the lemon and tea
-Shake with ice in a cocktails shaker the double strain into an ice filled highball
-Top up with Old Jamaica Light and garnish with s sprig of mint and slice of orange
